Confirmed or accepted bookings, as a renter or a host, must be over, or cancelled first (the usual cancellation and refund rules apply).
If you host, Skylet must have paid you everything it owes you.
Refunds already on their way still reach your original payment method after the account is gone.
What gets deleted
Your name, email address, phone number and password
Your saved roofs, blocked list and invite link
Your payout details (UPI ID or bank account)
Your identity check: the blue tick, and the name and last 4 digits we kept from your Aadhaar or PAN
Your roofs come off Skylet, and all their photos are deleted
Open booking requests and offers are called off, and the other person is told
What we keep, and why
Records of bookings, payments, refunds and payouts, which tax and accounting law makes us keep (generally up to 8 years). They’re used only for that.
Reviews, roof questions and chat messages you wrote: the people you talked to still see them, shown as “Former Skylet user”.
Reports you made, or that were made about you, so we can keep Skylet safe.
